I highly recommend Natalie as she was a straight shooter with selling my condo in NJ quickly. While living out of state, I rented my condo to the same tenant for over 21 years. When my tenant suddenly passed away, I was ready to sell my condo. However, I had to clear out the condo as her family left nearly EVERYTHING! With living out of state, Natalie coordinated all the contractors and kept me totally informed about what was going on, always seeking my approval on every decision to be made and keeping me in the loop consistently. When my property went on the market, within a 3 week period, my property was sold, which Natalie predicted.
